SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. PRODUCTION TIMELINE

Custom Jewelry

  • Standard Production:
    21-25 calendar days after final design approval.

  • Complex Designs:
    Additional time may be required for intricate details (e.g., multi-stone settings, engravings). We will notify you via email within 3 business days of design approval to discuss an updated timeline.


2. SHIPPING TERMS

What We Provide

 Carrier: UPS (tracking number emailed within 24hrs of dispatch).
 Insurance: Insurance can be provided upon request.

Customer Responsibilities

 Address Errors:

  • A $15 reshipment fee applies for incomplete/incorrect addresses.

  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, or military addresses.
    ⚠️ Risk Transfer: Ownership and liability shift to you upon UPS pickup.


3. DELIVERY & CLAIMS

Inspection Protocol

  1. At Delivery:

    • Refuse visibly damaged packages.

  2. Post-Delivery:

    • Report issues within:

      • 48 hours for damage (photos/video required).

      • 7 days for order discrepancies.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

4. COMMUNICATION

  • Design Freezes: No changes allowed after written approval (email or signed document).

  • Proactive Updates: We’ll email progress reports at key stages (casting, stone setting, polishing).

RETURN POLICY

1. Custom Product Policy

All custom-made laboratory-grown diamond jewelry is exclusively designed and produced according to customer specifications; therefore:

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted (except as explicitly stated in this policy).
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Exceptions (Eligible Cases for Remedies)

Remedies may be offered solely under the following circumstances:

  • Material discrepancy: The product substantially differs from the order description (e.g., incorrect material, size exceeding contractual tolerance).
  • Manufacturing defects: Defects existing at the time of delivery (validated by photo/video evidence submitted within 48 hours of delivery acceptance).
