At Luxsong, each order is handled with care. Most of our jewelry is made to order or customized, so production and delivery timelines may vary depending on the design, materials, diamond availability, customer approval, and order details.
Luxsong currently ships within the United States.
1. Order Processing
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully, including product type, metal, ring size, necklace length, diamond specifications, shipping address, and contact information.
If we need additional information to complete your order, we may contact you by email before production, preparation, or shipment begins.
Orders may be delayed if payment verification, address confirmation, custom design approval, customer review, or additional customer information is required.
2. Production and Preparation Timeline
Production time is separate from shipping time. Most Luxsong orders are made to order, custom-made, or prepared after the order details are confirmed.
For jewelry orders, production usually begins after the design details, specifications, and payment are confirmed.
Estimated preparation and production timelines:
- Loose lab-grown diamonds: Usually require approximately 2–3 weeks for sourcing, inspection, preparation, and processing after the order is confirmed.
- Made-to-order jewelry: Usually requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production and initial quality review after final order confirmation.
- Custom jewelry: Usually requires approximately 2–3 weeks for production and initial quality review after final design confirmation. Additional time may be needed for CAD approval, stone selection, material preparation, or design adjustments.
These timelines are estimates only. Some orders may be completed sooner, while others may require additional time due to design complexity, material availability, supplier delays, customer-requested changes, quality review, or other factors.
3. Photo or Video Review
For certain made-to-order or custom jewelry orders, Luxsong may provide photos or videos for customer review before final shipment.
This review is intended to help confirm the overall appearance of the finished piece before it is prepared for delivery.
Customer review, delayed response, or requested changes may extend the total order timeline.
Please note that photos and videos may appear slightly different from the actual item due to lighting, screen display, photography, scale, and natural hand-finishing variations.
4. Final Review and Delivery Timeline
After production or preparation is complete, each order goes through a final review and preparation process before it is shipped to the customer.
Additional transit and handling time is required after production and review are complete.
Most made-to-order and custom jewelry orders are delivered within approximately 5–7 weeks after final design confirmation.
Most loose lab-grown diamond orders are delivered within approximately 4–5 weeks after order confirmation, depending on availability, inspection, preparation, and shipping.
Estimated delivery times do not include customer response time, design changes, delayed approvals, payment verification delays, or address issues.
5. Shipping Timeline
Once your order has completed production, review, preparation, and final processing, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Most U.S. orders are shipped by UPS or another trusted carrier. After your order ships, delivery within the United States usually takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.
Estimated carrier delivery times do not include production time, design approval time, customer review time, final review, preparation, or handling time.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Luxsong may offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders or promotions. Any free shipping offer applies only when stated on the Site or at checkout.
If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering. Expedited shipping may reduce carrier transit time, but it does not reduce production time for made-to-order or custom jewelry.
7. Signature Requirement
For security reasons, jewelry shipments may require an adult signature upon delivery.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address. Luxsong is not responsible for missed deliveries, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by the recipient’s unavailability.
8. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Luxsong is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has entered production, preparation, final processing, or shipment.
9. PO Boxes and Forwarding Addresses
We may be unable to ship certain jewelry orders to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, or package forwarding services.
For high-value orders, we may require a physical residential or business address.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Luxsong is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, incorrect addresses, delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help review the tracking information and assist with the carrier claim process when applicable.
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Luxsong is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery.
11. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package, packaging materials, and item immediately.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Please keep all original packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Made-to-order and custom jewelry may be subject to cancellation limits once production or preparation has started, including CAD design, diamond sourcing, material preparation, or manufacturing.

13. International Shipping
Luxsong currently focuses on shipping within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, customers outside the United States may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges required by their country.
Luxsong does not currently collect or remit international duties or taxes on behalf of customers unless specifically stated at checkout.
