These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including visitors, customers, account holders, and individuals who submit content, custom requests, or other information through the Site.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

5. Products and Services

Luxsong offers lab-grown diamond jewelry, loose lab-grown diamonds, made-to-order jewelry, and custom jewelry services.

Most Luxsong jewelry is made to order or custom-prepared after order details are confirmed. Product listings may represent available designs, examples, or made-to-order options rather than ready-to-ship inventory.

Product availability, production timelines, diamond availability, material availability, and delivery timelines may vary.

We make every effort to display product images, colors, proportions, stone appearance, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or screen will display colors, scale, sparkle, or finish accurately.

Product photos, videos, CAD images, sketches, renderings, and sample images are for reference. Slight variations in color, proportion, finish, stone appearance, hand-finishing, and design details may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services we offer. Any offer for any product or service made on this Site is void where prohibited.

6. Custom and Made-to-Order Jewelry

Custom and made-to-order jewelry is created specifically for each customer. By submitting a custom request or approving order details, you acknowledge that the item may be produced according to the specifications, preferences, materials, size, design details, and inspiration provided or approved by you.

“Final confirmation” may include written approval by email, message, checkout completion, payment, approval of design details, approval of CAD or production details, or other written confirmation from the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including but not limited to ring size, necklace length, metal preference, diamond specifications, engraving details, design preferences, shipping address, and contact information.

Production may begin after design details, specifications, and payment are confirmed. Production may include CAD design, stone sourcing, material preparation, supplier work, manufacturing, quality review, or other custom production steps.

Custom and made-to-order items may be subject to cancellation limits, service fees, final sale terms, and return restrictions as described in our Care, Warranty & Returns policy.

If you provide inspiration images, sketches, designs, references, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share those materials with us for the purpose of reviewing, quoting, designing, or producing your requested jewelry.

Luxsong may use inspiration materials to understand your preferences, but we do not guarantee or agree to copy any third-party design, trademark, logo, protected setting, or proprietary work exactly.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation does not automatically mean that your order has been accepted without review. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to payment issues, suspected fraud, inaccurate product information, pricing errors, material unavailability, design limitations, address issues, or inability to fulfill the order.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, phone number, billing address, or other contact information provided at the time of order.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, unauthorized dealers, or parties engaging in suspicious activity.

8. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, account, and shipping information for all purchases made through our Site.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address, payment information, billing address, and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Luxsong is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or order issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Luxsong does not directly store full credit card numbers or complete payment account details.

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, service fees, or other charges displayed or agreed upon at checkout or during the custom order process.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified or processed.

Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, order, return, repair, or cancellation, please contact Luxsong first so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback may delay our ability to process returns, repairs, cancellations, or other assistance while the payment processor reviews the claim.

10. Shipping, Returns, Warranty, and Repairs

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific store policy, the more specific policy will apply to that subject matter, unless prohibited by law.

If an order is expected to be significantly delayed beyond the timeline provided at the time of purchase or final confirmation, Luxsong will contact the customer with an update and available options as required by applicable law.

11. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, payment systems, analytics, shipping services, customer service tools, or other services that we do not fully control.

You acknowledge and agree that such tools and services may be provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions from Luxsong.
